Casino tables are a simple way to add energy to a conference or trade show. A single table can draw visitors to an exhibit booth, and a full casino night makes a strong after-hours networking event or closing party.
Here are the most common ways to use casino tables at a show.

Why Casino Tables Work at Conferences
Attendees spend all day walking a show floor or sitting in sessions. By evening, they want something active and social.
Casino tables give them that. They also get attendees, exhibitors, and clients talking to people they might not meet otherwise. Our dealers teach every game, so anyone can join.
Option 1: A Booth Draw
Some exhibitors set up one or two tables, like blackjack or poker, at their booth during show hours. It gives visitors a reason to stop and stay a few extra minutes.
Add your company logo to the chips, table felt, or signage to keep your brand in front of every player.
Option 2: After-Hours Networking
For an evening event, multiple tables give a large group plenty to do. A mix of blackjack, craps, roulette, and poker works well.
Guests get a Casino Players Card with funny money, trade it for chips at any table, and move around the room all night. That movement is what makes it great for networking.

Option 3: Closing-Night Party
Want a big finish? Add a poker tournament as the centerpiece, with blinds, eliminations, and a final table. End the night with a prize drawing based on chip totals.
Working With Your Venue and Team
Conference venues often have strict rules for outside vendors. We make it easy:
- Insurance. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue or convention center at no extra charge.
- Paperwork. We provide detailed invoices and can work with your purchase order (PO) process.
- Coordination. We can coordinate setup with your venue’s AV or events team.
- Setup and breakdown. Our team handles both.

How a Casino Night Works
Our team sets up before your guests arrive. When guests check in, each one gets a Casino Players Card that stands for their funny money. We recommend $500 to $1,000 in funny money per guest.
Guests trade funny money for chips at any table and move between tables all night. At the end, dealers count each guest’s chips and hand out cash-out vouchers. Guests use them for raffle tickets or prize bids, and our team handles breakdown after the party.
Booking Basics
- Book early. We suggest 4 to 6 weeks ahead, and earlier for the holiday season.
- Hold your date. A signed contract and a 50% deposit secure your date.
- Final payment. The balance is due 7 business days before your event.
