Renting casino tables without dealers means someone in your group has to run every game. With professional dealers, guests can walk up to any table and start playing right away. For most corporate events, fundraisers, and parties, dealers are what turn tables into a real casino night.
Here is how the two options compare.

What a Table-Only Rental Gets You
A table without a dealer is just furniture. Someone still has to:
- Know the rules of every game
- Explain them to each new player
- Keep the game moving
- Manage the chips
That person is usually a host or volunteer who would rather be enjoying the party.
What a Professional Dealer Adds
A dealer runs the table so your group does not have to. At our events, dealers:
- Teach first-time players on the spot
- Keep the pace fun for new and experienced players
- Handle the chips, from trading funny money for chips to counting chips at the end of the night
Most of our dealers have real casino experience. The rest are avid players who go through several in-person training sessions with our team before working an event.
How It Affects Your Guests
| Tables without dealers | Tables with dealers | |
|---|---|---|
| New players | Often unsure how to start | Taught on the spot |
| Table use | Tables can sit empty | Guests play all night |
| Your team | Someone runs each game | Your team enjoys the party |
| End of night | Chip counting falls on you | Dealers count chips and hand out vouchers |
Without a dealer, tables often sit unused because nobody wants to explain the rules all night.

When a Table-Only Rental Can Make Sense
If you have experienced players who are happy to run a table themselves, a table-only rental can work for a very small, casual gathering.
For most events, a dealer is what makes the night work. That is why every table we rent comes with a trained dealer.
What Tables With Dealers Cost
Our table prices include a dealer:
| Table | Price with dealer |
|---|---|
| Blackjack | $325 |
| Poker | $375 |
| Roulette | $475 |
| Craps (8 ft) | $600 |
Prices do not include setup, delivery, travel, or tax. See the casino party pricing page for all tables and packages, or learn more about our casino dealers for hire in Milwaukee.
How a Casino Night Works
Our team sets up before your guests arrive. When guests check in, each one gets a Casino Players Card that stands for their funny money. We recommend $500 to $1,000 in funny money per guest.
Guests trade funny money for chips at any table and move between tables all night. At the end, dealers count each guest’s chips and hand out cash-out vouchers. Guests use them for raffle tickets or prize bids, and our team handles breakdown after the party.
Booking Basics
- Book early. We suggest 4 to 6 weeks ahead, and earlier for the holiday season.
- Hold your date. A signed contract and a 50% deposit secure your date.
- Final payment. The balance is due 7 business days before your event.
- Insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) at no extra charge.
