For 50 guests, plan on about 6 casino tables. For 100 guests, plan on about 14 tables, and for 200 guests, about 25 tables. These numbers come straight from our casino party packages.

Start With the 70% Rule
Not everyone plays at the same time. Some guests eat, talk, or watch the action.
That is why we plan seats for about 70% of your total guest count. This keeps tables full and busy without paying for seats nobody uses.
Know How Many People Each Table Seats
Each game holds a different number of players:
- Blackjack: up to 7 players
- Poker: about 9 to 10 players
- Roulette: a group gathers around the layout
- Craps: a crowd plays around the rail
Our packages include more blackjack tables than any other game. Blackjack is quick to learn, so it works well for first-time players.
When to Add or Remove Tables
Our packages are starting points, not fixed rules. A few things can move your number up or down:
- Venue size. A smaller room may fit fewer tables.
- Your crowd. A group that loves to play may want more seats.
- Other activities. Dinner, speeches, a DJ, or a photo booth pull people away from the tables.
- Game mix. Mixing 2 to 3 games is usually enough for most parties.
If a standard package does not fit, we can build a custom package with the games and table counts you want.

Booking Basics
- Book early. We suggest 4 to 6 weeks ahead, and earlier for the holiday season.
- Hold your date. A signed contract and a 50% deposit secure your date.
- Final payment. The balance is due 7 business days before your event.
- Insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) at no extra charge.
