Most venues can host a casino party. You need enough open floor space for the tables, a way for our team to bring them in, and time to set up before guests arrive. Some venues also ask for a certificate of insurance, which we provide at no extra charge.

Here is what to check with your venue before you book.

Floor Space for the Tables

Each table needs room for the dealer, the players, and guests walking by. Tables should not bump into each other or block a doorway.

When you plan your layout, think about where everything else goes:

The more tables you have, the more space you need. Our guide on how many casino tables you need shows table counts by guest count.

Load-In Access

Setup and Breakdown Time

Our team arrives early so tables are ready before your guests check in. After the party, we handle breakdown, so you do not have to lift a finger.

Ask your venue when you can get into the room and when you need to be out. Some venues have strict timing windows. Others need floor protection under heavy equipment.

Insurance and Certificates (COI)

Many venues ask outside vendors for proof of insurance. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue at no extra charge, usually within one business day of your request.

Ask your venue early whether it needs a COI and who it should be made out to.

A Simple Venue Checklist

Bring these questions to your venue:

  1. How much open floor space is in the room?
  2. Where do vendors load in, and is there an elevator?
  3. What time can setup start, and when must breakdown end?
  4. Does the venue need floor protection?
  5. Does the venue need a certificate of insurance?

How a Casino Night Works

Our team sets up before your guests arrive. When guests check in, each one gets a Casino Players Card that stands for their funny money. We recommend $500 to $1,000 in funny money per guest.

Guests trade funny money for chips at any table and move between tables all night. At the end, dealers count each guest’s chips and hand out cash-out vouchers. Guests use them for raffle tickets or prize bids, and our team handles breakdown after the party.
