Casino nights work in hotels, convention centers, banquet halls, and even offices. We have brought our tables to venues across Milwaukee and the suburbs, including the Baird Center, the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, and Tuscan Hall in Waukesha.
Here are venues where we have hosted casino nights and what to look for in any space.

Venues in Milwaukee
We have hosted casino nights at these Milwaukee venues:
- Baird Center
- Hyatt Regency Milwaukee
- Venue 3 at 3rd St Market Hall
Downtown venues like these work well for large company events, conferences, and fundraisers.
Venues in the Surrounding Communities
We have also hosted casino nights at these suburban venues:
| Venue | Community |
|---|---|
| Pulaski Inn of Cudahy | Cudahy |
| Renaissance Milwaukee West Hotel | Wauwatosa |
| The Deco | West Allis |
| Brookfield Conference Center | Brookfield |
| Tuscan Hall | Waukesha |
| Davians | Menomonee Falls |
| The Bavarian Bierhaus | Glendale |
Do not see your venue? We bring the same setup to hotels, banquet halls, breweries, and private homes across the area.

What to Look for in a Casino Party Venue
Any venue can work if it checks a few boxes:
- Open floor space. Each table needs room for the dealer, players, and guests walking by.
- Easy load-in. Our team needs a place to unload and a way into the room, like an elevator if you are not on the ground floor.
- Setup time. We arrive early, so ask when the room opens to vendors.
- Insurance rules. Many venues ask for a certificate of insurance (COI). We provide one at no extra charge.
Our guide to casino party space and venue requirements has a full checklist.
Match the Venue to Your Guest Count
A bigger guest count means more tables and more floor space. For 100 guests, our package includes 14 tables. For 200 guests, it includes 25.
Before you sign with a venue, make sure the room fits the tables you need and still leaves space for food and mingling.
How a Casino Night Works
Our team sets up before your guests arrive. When guests check in, each one gets a Casino Players Card that stands for their funny money. We recommend $500 to $1,000 in funny money per guest.
Guests trade funny money for chips at any table and move between tables all night. At the end, dealers count each guest’s chips and hand out cash-out vouchers. Guests use them for raffle tickets or prize bids, and our team handles breakdown after the party.
Add More to the Night
Casino tables pair well with other entertainment. We also offer DJs, photo booths, and casino decorations, so you can plan the whole night with one company. See our services for details.
Booking Basics
- Book early. We suggest 4 to 6 weeks ahead, and earlier for the holiday season.
- Hold your date. A signed contract and a 50% deposit secure your date.
- Final payment. The balance is due 7 business days before your event.
- Insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) at no extra charge.
