Before you book a casino night, it helps to know what your venue needs to accommodate. Most spaces can work, but a little planning ahead avoids surprises on event day.

Floor Space

Each table needs enough clear floor space for the dealer, players, and guests to move comfortably without bumping into neighboring tables or other activities in the room. When you are choosing a room layout, plan where tables will go relative to food, a DJ, or a photo booth so the flow of the room makes sense.

Setup Time

Our team arrives early for setup so tables are ready before guests check in. Ask your venue about load-in access, timing, and any restrictions on setup so this goes smoothly.

Confirm With Your Venue

Check with your venue about any specific setup requirements they have, such as floor protection, elevator access, or timing windows for load-in and load-out. Every venue is a little different, so a quick conversation ahead of time prevents day-of confusion.

Insurance

Some venues require a certificate of insurance (COI) before they will allow an outside vendor to set up. Ask if the casino party company carries general liability insurance and can provide a COI if your venue requires one.
